This Week in Resistance – 4/6

This week, the resistance came together in a powerful way.

Yesterday marked a national day of protest. Hands Off was a multi-city, multi-million-person event. People across the country—and around the world—united to make their voices heard. They showed up in force, driven by frustration over what Trump and Elon are doing to this country.

I won’t spend this post analyzing or explaining. Instead, I want to share some of the incredible images sent to me over the last 24 hours.

What I will say is this: I truly believe yesterday was a turning point.

It’s hard to put into words what it felt like to be surrounded by so many peers, all fighting to save our democracy. We smiled. We danced. We experienced joy—together. We are finding each other, and our voices are only getting louder.

Take the next few days to really sit with this: we are not slowing down. In fact, we’re just getting started. This moment is too important to ignore.

We are going to save this country—not with the help of the power players we once counted on, but by standing together, shoulder to shoulder.

Resist.
