How do we stop this?

There is so much going on right now when it comes to American politics sometimes it just gives me anxiety thinking about it. Truly, most think it’s funny that the country burning gives me that type of anxiety, but that just fuels me more because it would then seem there are so many selfish people in the world. There is so much that has to be done to make them care.

What’s happening right now? Well I can tell you. It’s a coup. A complete takeover of the US government.

By who you ask? Not Trump. It’s Elon Musk.

The man has more power than most think and he was never elected into office by the public. He just ran his mouth and showed up at a few campaign stops with trump and jumped around on stage like a dickhead.

So Sean, why does he have this power?

Well wealth first of all. The dude is a billionaire and we all know how much we hate billionaires.

On top of that there is so much to think about….

Government & Business Ties

• SpaceX has contracts with NASA, the U.S. military, and other governments.
• Tesla benefits from government subsidies for clean energy and electric vehicles.
• Starlink plays a role in global internet access, including in war zones like Ukraine.

Unlike traditional billionaires, Musk actively promotes ambitious, world-changing projects (e.g., Mars colonization, AI safety). Trump LOVES this.

Wealth as a Power Lever

• Musk is one of the richest people in the world, and wealth naturally translates to political influence.
• He can fund political campaigns, lobby policymakers, and support candidates aligned with his shitty views.
• He influences global markets with his mouth—his decisions impact Tesla, SpaceX, and the broader economy, making politicians pay attention. After his takeover of twitter, he felt this sense of purpose for whatever reason and now hes taking it out on the American people (also for some reason).

So having said all of that, what do we do to stop it? I mean if I am being HONEST… not much. But here a some thinks we CAN do. Listen up.

Limit Their Economic & Corporate Power

• Regulation & Antitrust Actions: Support policies that limit monopolistic control over industries (e.g., SpaceX, Tesla, Twitter).
• Ethical Consumer Choices: Boycott or reduce support for companies that align with their agendas.
• Corporate Accountability: Push for stronger corporate governance and ethical business practices.

Legal & Ethical Accountability

• Investigations & Oversight: Ensure legal scrutiny of their actions, whether related to financial dealings, misinformation, or policy influence.
